Limited Warranty Coverage
The type 316Ti, 316L, 304L, or AL 29-4C chimney liner as manufactured by Royal Chimney Supply is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This is a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY subject to the manufacturer's maintenance and installation requirements. The warranty is transferable to future homeowners so long as they adhere to the conditions within the scope of this warranty.

This warranty is limited to a one time replacement of liner only, free of charge. This warranty does not cover any changes to system, appliances, or use of non-approved accessories. It is advisable to maintain a record and/or receipts of flue evaluations and cleanings to document proper maintenance.

Warranty Conditions
In order for the warranty to be honored, the following conditions must be adhered to:
1) installation of the pipe and components must be in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions; 2) the product must be used only for the lining or relining of chimneys used to vent residential appliances; 3) use of this pipe for venting gas appliances is limited to Category I appliances; 4) the lining system must be cleaned and inspected on an annual basis; 5) corrosive chemical chimney cleaners must not be used; 6) driftwood, wood or wood pellets containing salt, preservative treated lumber, plastic, experimental fuels, and household trash must not be burned in the appliance; 7) plastic bristle flue cleaning brushes must be used for cleaning; 8) the chimney must have a cap installed.

Limitations of Liability
Royal Chimney Supply does not assume any responsibility for any damage incurred due to faulty or improper installation of a chimney liner and/or its components, or for defective materials that have been determined to be defective before being installed or became damaged or defective because of improper use or installation. It is the responsibility of the installer to thoroughly inspect each component before installation. Royal Chimney Supply and/or the installer shall not be responsible to cover costs for the replacement of a liner and/or its components that is covered by this warranty.

Claim Process
In order to receive a replacement chimney liner and/or components, a claim must be filed with Royal Chimney Supply. Upon approval of your claim, Royal Chimney Supply will supply a replacement chimney liner at no charge as the exclusive remedy.
